their rooms are always quiet and well-appointed with aircon, balcony, for example. the setting is perfect and reasonably priced, close enough to fhe tourist areas where u will be easy to be disturbed by tours/cars/tickets, hoan kiem lake, and the airport, great area. also, it's located 2 km from a massive mosque.

The hotel had a carbon monoxide detector, how reassuring! And guess what? They even had a first aid kit! So thoughtful.

Oh, and did I mention the enjoyable experience of having coffee/tea in a common area? It was truly unforgettable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated right in the middle of two beautiful lakes. It made exploring the city and trying out local delicacies incredibly easy. The receptionist was kind enough to provide me with a list of nearby food options, which turned out to be delicious. The room was not only clean but also spacious and modern. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to check-in early and even purchasing medicine for me when I fell ill. The breakfast may not have been a buffet, but the ability to order from a menu and have unlimited servings was beyond convenient. The central location allowed me to reach the night market within a short 10-minute walk. Lastly, the staff recommended affordable local eateries nearby that offered mouth-watering dishes.
